Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy on all physical products. To be eligible for a return, your request must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

• The item must be in its original, unused condition
• The item must be in its original packaging, intact and undamaged
• The item must not show any signs of use, wear, or alteration

Items that have been used, opened outside of original packaging, or returned after the 14-day window will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 4–5 business days.
