📦 ORDER RECEIPT & SHIPPING POLICY – Seek Adventure

If you choose not to receive the order, you’ll be required to pay the shipping cost according to your governorate.


🚚 SHIPPING

Within Egypt


  • Shipping time and fees depend on your location and will appear at checkout once you select your governorate.
  • Our delivery partner will contact you before arriving — please keep your phone available to avoid delays.
  • Important: As per our shipping agency’s policy, customers are not allowed to open packages before full payment is made. This guarantees shipment safety and ensures your order has never been opened at any point until it is handed over to you. If there is any issue with your order after receiving it, just reach out to us and we’ll gladly help.


International Shipping

  • Orders may take up to 15 working days to arrive.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the number of items purchased.
  • All international orders must be prepaid.


🔁 EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

  • You can request an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in original condition, with tags attached and in their original packaging.
  • Exchange and refund fees are equal to delivery fees.

  • Support hours: Sunday–Thursday | 10 AM – 6 PM (Cairo time).


Special Note: If you wish to exchange sizes or request a replacement, we’ll gladly ship a new item once shipping fees are covered.


Please note: Seek Adventure reserves the right to reject returns if:

  • The item is used or worn.
  • Tags or original packaging are missing.


We are not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by misuse.
  • Damage due to not following washing or care instructions.
