📦 ORDER RECEIPT & SHIPPING POLICY – Seek Adventure

1- If you choose not to receive the order, you’ll be required to pay the shipping cost according to your governorate.

2- Shipping time and fees depend on your location and will appear at checkout once you select your governorate.

3- Our delivery partner will contact you before arriving — please keep your phone available to avoid delays.

4- Important: As per our shipping agency’s policy, customers are not allowed to open packages before full payment is made. This guarantees shipment safety and ensures your order has never been opened at any point until it is handed over to you. If there is any issue with your order after receiving it, just reach out to us and we’ll gladly help.

🔁 EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

1- You may request an exchange or refund within 14 days if the item is unused and in its original condition with all tags and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any request if the item is used, damaged, torn, or missing its packaging.

2- Size changes or preference-based exchanges require you to cover shipping fees.

3- We cover shipping or refund in full only if the item is defective or you received the wrong product.

4- Some products cannot be returned, including custom-made items, sale or clearance items, and any product that has been opened or used. If you’re unsure whether a specific item is eligible for return, please reach out to us for clarification.

5- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you paid by credit card, please allow a few extra business days for the refund to appear on your statement, as processing times vary by bank and card issuer.

6- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days. We will cover return shipping and provide either a replacement or a full refund. Photos of the issue are required to process your request.

Special Note: If you wish to exchange sizes or request a replacement, we’ll gladly ship a new item once shipping fees are covered.


Please note: Seek Adventure reserves the right to reject returns if:

  • The item is used or worn.
  • Tags or original packaging are missing.


We are not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by misuse.
  • Damage due to not following washing or care instructions.
